Hessenmetall has a large team dealing with current issues of economic policy, labour law, digitalisation and technology transfer. More than 600 companies from all over the state of Hesse are members of Hessenmetall.

"Your success. Our goal. United in the network" - with this consistent focus on its members, the Hessenmetall employers' association aims to support its growing number of members, especially during structural change. To this end, it offers them a network for experience exchange and benefit sharing, thus making available the knowledge of the best in this community. Hessenmetall consistently represents the interests of its members in dialogue with employees, the Metalworkers' Industrial Union, politics and administration. The network advises member companies and makes their voices heard in public.

Hessenmetall is also a major educational provider that makes needs-orientated services accessible under the motto "Educate - Advise - Integrate - Network", including for young people in the transition from school to training, university and work. For adults in their professional development and the search for a new job and, of course, for companies of all sectors and sizes and their employees, especially in change processes.
