Compared to recording on paper or working with spreadsheets and conventional office tools, the appJobber app is a much more efficient tool for your field service.
Each visit to a location is intuitively displayed as a pin on a map that leads to the relevant job. This allows you to maximise the efficiency of route planning for your field service. Within the job, your employees can clearly recognise what they need to document. This allows you to intuitively analyse your product range and its implementation during on-site visits.

In your personalised appJobber dashboard, you can see the data from your survey in real time and call up individual results live at any time. As soon as the required data has been collected, you can output all the results of a project in an Excel document, which you can continue working with immediately. Photos are automatically categorised and placed in a logical folder structure. This ensures a standardised output of your data, which is much more convenient than exporting individual files from emails or leaving the uploading of images to your field staff.
While your project is still running, you can view your survey in real time. The appJobber dashboard shows you the survey status at all times so that you are always up to date. If you wish, you can be notified of new results by e-mail.
The appJobber API can also be connected to your existing systems, such as your business intelligence software and CRM tools. This means that the creation of jobs and the export of results can be automated if required, so that you can continue working with your new data immediately.
